Allow folders on grid rows, a la Ecco.
Ecco allows placing folders on grid rows, in addition to having folders as columns. That's very handy.
Example: I have folders for each client. Navigation is simple. Ctrl-1 to collapse the row folders to a single line each. Click or arrow down to a client's folder, Shift-Ctrl-9 or double-click to see the client's items.
With more than a few clients, this is very much faster and easier than having a grid for each client or changing filters.

openoffice thunderbird & funambol integration
I have not used ms office or outlook since openoffice 1.something ... and thuderbird 1.5 .... so don't have ms office installed... pivot tables and charts are useless to me... I really want this.... just don't have enough votes!!!!!!!!!!

Item recurrence management (for tasks, etc.)
Task management is central to any PIM.
Most features related to "tasks magement " are possible in IQ.
But there is one very important aspect to be added : recurrence management.79 votes -

export to MS Word with formating templates - HTML not sufficient for business use
In order to fully integrate this into my daily business workflow it needs to move past a personal info manager - need export several business software formats - MS Word is most prominent, but there are several others. I want to use this to replace AMODE, mindmanager, and several other tools I use daily, but export capability is holding it back

spell ckeck!!!
I have seen requests for people to help with spell check, was wondering if Info cube could not use existing spell checkers... (i.e the ones available for Thunder Bird or Fire Fox or open office?... Similar to the popup we get when introducing ideas on this site?)
However, in the spirit of not duplicating work already done... could InfoCube's html pain not be exported to (say Open office) and once completed be saved into Infocube.... without the file having to be located on the hard disk... ?
